Weekly Schedule
Wednesday
Fartlek or Intervals
W77th St Bridle Path
Central Park
Meet at 7am for bag drop, announcements, and a quick warm-up. Workouts will be intervals of anywhere from 200m-2000m, depending on the season.
Friday
Hills or Tempo
Loeb Boathouse
Central Park
Meet at 7am for bag drop, announcements, and a quick warmup. Hill repeats will be anywhere from 20-90 seconds up Cat Hill with a jog down recovery.
